Fabulous house

Beautifully appointed, lots of space to accomodate 3 families, the billiard table, games console, fire pit and fireplace kept us all entertained when it was cold and windy outside.

The perfect getaway

Dormy Park was the perfect weekend getaway. The home is beautiful in every way…from the gorgeously presented house, the beautiful outlook from every window, to the calm cows that greeted us on the drive in. We will definitely be back. Thank you for our stay.

Great place for a group stay

Stunning surrounds, incredible views, peaceful and quiet location. Beautifully finished and polished house. Very suitable for large groups. Handy to Berry. Would be great in summer especially with gorgeous gardens, BBQ are and pool. But also cozy in winter with lovely fireplace. Highly recommended.

Family Christmas

A wonderful place for a big family reunion! Only downsides were the fact that the French doors from the main ensuite bedroom to the veranda wouldn’t unlock, and the barbecue was left dirty for us to clean our first night arriving. Other than those minor details, the house was stunning and the location was perfect for how we wanted to spend our Christmas and New Years!

Dormy Park

What a beautiful place to take our mum for her 70th to have some family time.. The house, the view, the cows around the property, the fireplaces, everything was just stunning.... the only negative thing i could say is that i wish check in was earlier then 2pm so it didnt feel as though it was a waste of a day. A few others things but nothing to upset pur stay. Would def stay there again.

Simply amazing!

We had a lovely family holiday. The home was well-stocked and had everything that we needed - kitchen supplies, games, books, toilet paper, linen, towels, and pool towels. Thank you. The home was only 10 minutes away from Berry, in a quiet location on top of a hill with beautiful views. We would definitely stay here again! The only thing that we didn't like were the ants in the kitchen around the stove top area. After spraying along the wall and island bench, the ants problem was gone. There was also a wasp nest just outside the door near the BBQ. Again, we sprayed the nest in the late afternoon and this seemed to have killed all the wasps.

The most special place in the world.

Words cannot explain the beauty of this house and the land it’s build on. The views are gorgeous - early mornings with misty clouds running down through the trees/ greeted with hares, wombats, horses, alpacas before driving up and being greeted by bulls and cows and a gorgeous little brown calf! In the distance you see the horses playing and rolling on the hill further out from the blue room/ dinning table views. Watching the rain fall was just as beautiful as the sun coming out! My family and friends were so impressed with the cleanliness and all the equipment to the house. The windows, the air con, the breeze, the ginormous pool and amount of space for activities. The fairy lights out at the back was the perfect touch. This house took my breath away and we respect it so much. This is the perfect house to bring your loved ones to. The neighbour is pretty cool, the couches are comfortable! We did yoga in the mornings to start the day and having such a big table to feast all together. Just in case it rains for your stay: Bring tarp if you want to enjoy the outside as the shelter doesn’t have full coverage. We really didn’t have issues besides blue room shower wasn’t draining the water. But it isn’t a big deal at - completely fixable and let the lovely lady on the phone know! Surely that will be fixed. It truely felt like magic. I definitely want to come back and stay even longer. 1000/1000 worth your money. There is no way you could ever be disappointed! Please keep the house clean everyday to keep up the beauty and seperate your plastics and etc. We took our rubbish home - we did not want to leave it around this gorgeous place! Thank you so much for having us stay! Hopefully will be back soon! Joanna x
