We loved how it was close to everything. The staff was really friendly, the hotel was so cute. If we ever go back to Merida we will stay here. The only complaint was that parking was a block away and we had to wait to be let in.

Our stay in the " Maison del Embajador".

The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They were always willing to help, offering advice about our stay and even storing our baggage when we needed extra time before check-in. The hotel itself is a very pleasant place to stay, with a beautiful garden and a great location.

Location,location location! Its a great little hotel in the middle of everything. Restaurants, shops,coffee. You can walk everywhere. The one thing we did not like at all is the parking(if you don’t need a car great, but we needed one) You have to walk about 2 blocks to the parking area. No one will bring your car. You have to call the front desk ask them to open the parking lot wait there until someone comes and opens it. As a guest it’s too much of a hassle especially on tired days of walking and sightseeing and of course you have to carry all your luggage or whatever you have.
