We had a lovely stay at the Park Hyatt in Mendoza. After having a problem in our airBNB, we were able to get a last minute reservation at the Park Hyatt. What an upgrade! Beautiful hotel with all of the amenities- restaurants, gym, spa, pool etc. The highlight for me was the excellent service of the concierge staff. They were so happy to help. Highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Mendoza!

All the hotel staff were excellent - my Spanish is not great, but they were all patient with amy attempts and many spoke English better than me, so no problem. Hotel was lovely, exceptionally clean and calm. I didnt eat in the hotel (personal choice), but the menus looked great! Room was upgraded on arrival from a twin to a king - room facilities were great too. Hotel is right on the largest plaza, great for all the shops, bars and transport too.

Poor guest treatment

We arrived at the hotel as a group, we were in 5 families and the expectation was that everyone was put on the same floor. Front desk accommodated 4 families on the 6TH floor and left my family on the 5th....I understand about availability however you should have asked and cared about this problem. I had to downgrade my room to go to the 6th floor along with the group and was not offered any compensations. Felt that there was zero concerns about this from the hotel staff. Poorly management on client needs and expectation.
