A great place to stay

We were very impressed with the property and felt welcome from the moment we arrived. The house had everything we needed and more for a relaxing long weekend. A well equipped kitchen with all the gadgets you can think of and all the things you need to feel at home straight away. Anything from, coffee, hot chocolate and a whole assortment of teas to biscuits and even chocolate easter eggs. The game room had any boardgame you can think off aswell as a table tennis table and a pool table.Plenty of extra blankets and towels etc.We loved it and will definitely book again!

Lovely house with everything!

Thank you Silvana! We really enjoyed our stay in your lovely home, and appreciated all the little extra things you thought of around the house, including the Easter eggs! Amazing Stay

Our two-night stay in this beautiful accommodation was absolutely perfect! Everything we could possibly need—and more—was thoughtfully provided. Every appliance imaginable was available, along with unexpected extras that made our stay even more enjoyable. If we could give 11 out of 10 for the accommodation and facilities, we absolutely would. Lovely family friendly home with everything

We had an amazing week staying here, and couldn't be happier with the property and it's facilities. The rooms were spacious, beds comfortable, a lovely full sized kitchen and meals area, complete with outside areas to eat and relax. Plus, our kids loved the games room.Silvana was very easy to communicate with and provide an easy check in. We will definitely be back.

Beautiful house

“Our family of 3 couples and a child and a small dog had a wonderful weekend staycation at this home. From the time we booked, communication with the host was amazing with prompt informative responses to all our queries about the property. The house felt more like a home away from home. The kitchen was very well equipped and the rooms were comfortable and well set up. It had everything we need and more. The games room was stocked with board games, beach toys, activity sets suitable for any age group apart from the pool table and table tennis table which provided hours of fun. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Thank you very much to the host. “

Great stay central to the peninsula

Had a great time. The house was well presented and clean. Good central location to Rosebud. The house had the basic essentials laid on had a good entertainment area. We had four people and one child house more than met our needs and expectations would highly recommend it.

Our stay at The Avenues House was excellent. The house was very clean and tidy, equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect , with easy access to all the sights and services. Silvana (the host) was exceptionally kind and hospitable, providing us with plenty of essentials and making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, our experience was delightful and memorable, and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

Amazing house for a family or two

This house was clean, well set up, great position and reasonably priced. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. The house has everything you need from condiments to linen to activities! Absolutely spotless, modern and great for families! We would absolutely book here again!

Very nice and beautiful 4 Bedroom house for the 8 of us. Spacious home, nicely furnished, fully equipped kitchen, all amenities provided. We loved it and will definitely book it again for our Mornington stay.
