Located in a very popular area, just a 10-minute stroll to Shelley Beach and Portsea Village, Seabird Oasis is the perfect getaway.

This beautifully presented 2 storey home in a secluded cul-de-sac with tennis court, spa, pool, and sunny BBQ/entertainment deck - is the ultimate private oasis. With heating and cooling throughout.

The top story offers a state-of-the-art kitchen (with Nespresso coffee machine & dishwasher) located adjacent to the living room and dining space, leading to a covered outdoor entertaining deck, perfect for those warm summer nights.

The deck is fully equipped with a BBQ, an overhead fan , and a gas heater so that it can be enjoyed all year round.
The main living areas are also north facing and overlooks the tennis court, the inviting solar-heated pool, and the gas-heated spa where you can soak up the sun all day long. The top level also hosts one Main Bedroom, with an ensuite.

The downstairs offers an additional kids space, along with a further four bedrooms, including the second main bedroom with an ensuite. There is also a central bathroom with a second powder room, and laundry room, fully equipped with a washing machine and dryer.

With ample space on offer, this is an opportunity not to be missed for a family holiday getaway in a resort-style setting.
