Didnt even make it into the door! The reception was unmandated and when i tried to call ahead, the line was "busy" or i was unable to call through.. When i arrived two dogs entered the building, this place said that they catered for pets/service animals, then when upon arrival was told i couldnt enter because of my support dog.

Avoid. Staff are not responsible or caring. The listing was out of date with incorrect check-in times and descriptions of rooms. When I presented these facts to reception, the staff did not acknowledge my grievances and changed the subject; he had a defeatist attitude. I was assigned the incorrect room and only with persistence was moved. I was promised a partial refund yet have not heard back from them weeks later. The ground floor persistently stank from food coming in and out the days I was there. The single elevator broke down one time, and the general vibe and parking situation is unpleasant. Uncaring. Can stay if you have to, but not a preference.

The staff are lovely. The apartment was clean. The corridors are a little hot and stuffy and I found the bedroom didn’t benefit from the air conditioner that was on in the living room. I felt there could have been a bottle in of surface spray for minor cleaning requirements. The front doors of the apartments automatically slam shut and is quite loud - this could be annoying for neighbours. I also felt that the $10 parking fee should be included in the fee. I am not impressed that the $200 fee for damage has not been returned yet despite my checking out 4 hours ago - with no damage or cause for retaining the fee. But as mentioned at the outset - the apartment was clean. I feel that it is a typical set up for the owner to do the bare minimum in order to earn $250.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, largely thanks to the incredibly friendly staff who made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was also ideal, offering easy access to nearby attractions. However, the room condition was only fair— the blanket had an unpleasant smell, likely from not being properly dried, and there weren't enough utensils for the three of us. Additionally, the washer/dryer didn’t function as expected, and at times, there was an odor in the outside hallway. While our stay was overall enjoyable, a few improvements in room amenities would have made it perfect.

Nice and tidy apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Very close to everything, yet in a quiet and very safe area. The Errol St shops are one block away, the hospitals on Flemington road are about 5-10mins walk away, queen vic market is 5mins walk away. Several tram lines are also very near, so you can easily get around to many other parts of melbourne.

The property was quite poorly maintained with basic amenities broken (the kitchen down light and the main kitchen bin) and the flat was dirty in places. The building is shared with longer term residents who were noisy into the small hours each of the three nights I stayed disturbing my sleep. After hours key collection worked ok but a letter warned me the key would only work that night and I would have to go to the office the following day to update it. When I did there was no need as the key was coded the whole stay. It was well priced for the area and convenient. There is onsite parking but beware as the garage door is extremely narrow and it is hard to manoeuvre your car in and out.
