La cocina tiene todas sus necesidades culinarias, 2 baños (3 baños), 4 habitaciones (4 camas queen), un comedor con capacidad para 16+, sistemas split para calefacción y refrigeración y una chimenea abierta.

Dormitorio 1 - reina y cama individual con ventilador de techo y baño privado compartir.
Dormitorio 2 - cama queen con aire acondicionado y un baño compartido.
Dormitorio 3 - cama alta reina y 2 literas (4 individuales) y una cama individual y aire acondicionado, TV y DVD.
Dormitorio 4 - cama de matrimonio
Todas las camas tienen una doona y almohadas medianas. Ropa de cama en BYO o por $ 30 / cama extra.

La casa cuenta con 2 cubiertas. La cubierta frontal se encuentra en el magnífico sol del norte, que es caliente en invierno y proporciona sombra en verano. Hay un 4 quemadores, barbacoa con capucha con 12 plazas mesa al aire libre y sillas para sentarse en el sol del norte. La cubierta posterior (5x10M) proporciona cobertura de la lluvia con una mesa redonda de 8 plazas.

Hay un trampolín y un columpio con 2 columpios de asiento, un columpio de tarzán y tobogán (está oxidado debido a la brisa del mar). Hay 2 canoas y una sombrilla de playa (todos en el cobertizo). Hay un área grande y plana, perfecta para una patada de fútbol o un juego de cricket.

Caminar por todas partes - estamos 50m de la playa y 300 metros de las tiendas, cafeterías y restaurantes en Rye.
La Península de Hot Springs, bodegas, parques nacionales y campos de golf están a una corta distancia en coche.

Niños y Mascotas

Todos son bienvenidos y todos son seguros. La valla mantiene a los niños y las mascotas con suficiente espacio para correr.

Comfortable holiday house with modern facilities

A comfortable, well equipped modern holiday house perfect for multiple families getaway. The pool and spa are more suitable for the kids given its size. The spa is not always hot but on warm days, didn't matter much for the kids. Modern facilities make it a nice holiday house, just across the road from Rye Beach and a short walk from town centre.

Friends & family

The property served its purpose for a large group of people staying away together. The main reason for booking the property was for the spa. That was lovely! Julie was very responsive to messages during our 2 day stay and got things fixed quickly.

Everything you need for a great getaway

Great property and great location. We were a party of 16 and we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. Some went for walks along the beach, some did some shopping which was within walking distance of the property and others just lounged about in the alfresco area. The house is equipped with everything you need, even a sandwich press. Some beds are more comfortable than others, so try and be the first person there to try the beds 😀.

Very satisfied

I stayed away for my 40th Birthday. The house has a good layout with a large entertaining living area and a seperate rumpus room with couches and tv that our kids stayed in and used a lot. I also found that when I was outside in the back yard near the pool, when the glass sliding doors were closed, it significantly blocked out any music and noise from the inside of the house. Overall, it met expectations as it can sleep 16 and was a beautiful modern home. I would stay again.

"WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE!I'm still fuming about the absolute disgusting state of the property we leased for our holiday. We arrived at 2pm as planned, only to be made to wait in our car for 50 minutes while the owner dragged her feet. When we finally got in, we were greeted by a dirty house with live ants crawling on the benchtops and dead ants stuck to the window frames. The outdoor area was deserted, the pool was a murky mess with a nasty leak, and the floors were grimy with spider webs hanging from the ceiling.When we tried to bring it to the owner's attention, she was dismissive and made excuses. Her solution? "We'll pay you back your cleaning fee" - which, by the way, we are still waiting for, over a week later.Needless to say, our holiday was ruined and we'd be doing everyone a favour by warning them to steer clear of this health hazard. Don't waste your money or risk your health - stay away from this property!"

Misleading property - great location

This property is in a great location, only a short walk to the beach! However the description and photos are very misleading. The house needs a refurb, the couch was stuck together with tape, holes in the plaster, shelves falling out of wall on an angle, paint peeling off walls, play equipment old and rusty and unuseable, dishwasher does not clean, just to name a few. Upon arrival the house was very unclean, we were walking on sand inside the house from the first moment, sticking gum on couch and a rubbish bin full of rubbish within the couch, dust and cobwebs everywhere, BBQ burner rusted through, etc. The list goes on.

Disgusting house

•No privacy in living areas (no curtains or blinds)•Mouldy, unusable BBQ causing 200 worth of food waste•No bins in bathrooms•No towels or hand towels provided•Heated spa not working (a key feature in our booking decision)•Locked cupboards, minimal kitchen utensils, and unclean furniture•Dirty or incomplete bedding, including stained doonas and missing sheets•Cobwebs on ceilings and poor outdoor maintenance•Faulty back gate and unexplained noise from a locked roomWe left early at 2pm on the Sunday when check out wasn’t until Monday. Given these problems and the impact on our experience, we believe a partial refund is fair and request that it be processed. We appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your response.

In need of some love

This house has an amazing location, and we loved the short walk to the beach and shops. The outside area is also very good. However, the property itself is in need of some love and attention. What could be a fabulous house is let down by the following: -Not very clean -Broken items, including: TV in the kid’s room, Vacuum cleaner, no shelves in the fridge door, hole in the Trampoline cover -shower in the ensuite is such a bad design, that you have to mop up after every shower -Very limited glassware, which was a problem with 12 of us -Not really enough seating in the living area, and couch in really poor state of repair. -All toilet roll holders falling off walls -Problem with door handles in some rooms -No Wardrobes in any of the bedrooms This property is very cheap in the off season, and we did have a great time, despite all the properties flaws.

Good size property that can fit a few families

Great location to restaurant and hotspring. House is great for a few families with kids. Need to bring own linen and towels. The host has rules to have everything cleaned however there is also a cleaning fee charged so I am not sure whether it is still required for us to clean everything but we just be good and try to keep the house as it was when checked in.

Weekend getaway with friends

My friends and I had a fabulous time staying for two nights at this property. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment and the lounge area was very comfortable for us to play some of the boardgames from the cupboard. Beds and bedding all provided which was great. East check in with a lock box and great location close to shops and beach.
