I always choose to stay at this property, the rooms are spacious, everything functions well, it is comfortable and for a single female traveller very safe (this is important for me) What I sometimes forget to mention is the 5 star pillows, linen and towels, it astounds me how some hotel don't see the value in the detail, it definitely is something I consider when staying somewhere which is sleep quality.

Exceeded expectations. We had an emergency , and the front desk team did their best to assist. Big thank you. Compliments to Mr Ryan from ginger restaurant for the warm hospitality as well. Hotel guests also have access to snap fitness that is open 24/7, attached mall has plenty of f&b, cafe, supermarkets. Thumbs up!

I stay here everytime that I go to Melbourne which is frequently, its safe as a single female travelling alone, easy parking, and shops below for last minute snacks or anything you have forgotten. Still has its new feel and everything works well such as aircon / heating, comfortable beds, shower pressure. Only negative is a small couch or big comfy chair would be good

I have stayed at this property multiple times, its definitely my go to when I'm in Melbourne. As a single female it is very safe, if I need something I have a supermarket and kmart underneath, again totally safe and the same for food if I don't want to eat in the hotel. It is also very comfortable. No negatives, but a bit of advice, a comfy lounge chair would really be great, the rooms are huge and have the room, just all you have is the bed to sit on so a big chair would be nice
