Upon arrival, the staff would not accept my digital card, in other worfs I had paid i advance bur was refused entry until i could produce a deposit. Without creating a fuss I went back in the 39 deg heat to obtain a deposit and paid in cash. I askes for a receipt for the cash payment bur was informed qe dont give receipts. Finally upon checkout they tired to see me off and not return my deposit, needless to say this was not a good staff experience, unscrupulous!

Amazing stay at Ink Hotel Melbourne, the shower was the best the water pressure was amazing :) bed was comfortable and the blockout blinds were perfect i love to sleep in a dark room.

Not great. Quite disappointing
For the price of this hotel, its not a great option. I've just had a cold shower. I tried to ring reception to see if it could be fixed, but the decorative phone in the room doesn't work so its difficult to contact reception. While I'm at it, my room hasn't been cleaned since I arrived, and there are corners in the room where it looks like its never been hovered as there is a thick layer of dust on the carpet where the vacuum may not be able to reach. If this cost €50, I might let it go, but I'm paying on average over €200 a night for this room so its bad form!
