Property is awesome and exactly as advertised. If I had questions, owner always responded. Location on the beach was beautiful. Condo was spacious and well appointed. I can’t wait to go back next year. Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful stay. Condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. Chris was responsive to any questions we had. Loved our time on the beach and even saw the launcing of a rocket from our balcony one night. Looking forward to visiting again next year.

The unit was clean,spacious and well stocked. However the condo amenities were lacking. The elevator and elevator lobby were dingy and had a foul smell. The pool was not clean, had scum on the walls. There was no garage parking as the space was full of junk.was not clean

Right on the beach

The photos are accurate and the location was wonderful. The condo is an older building, and when we arrived the elevator was out for the first 4 days of our stay, but it wasn’t a big deal as the apartment itself is only up one flight of stairs. We have rented many other condos previously but I’ve never encountered one with such a well-equipped and beautiful kitchen! We also really appreciated having some kitchen essentials such as salt and pepper, trash bags, and dishwasher pods well-stocked. The 85 in tv in the living area was a treat, but we never even used the other 4. We did enjoy the Alexa’s all over the place as well as the master shower, though! Overall, a wonderful stay and we would stay here again.

Beautiful place

The location an amenities were outstanding! Great for the price & you can't beat the location. Quiet and the views are amazing. The beds are super comfortable. Chris is an excellent host. Can't wait to visit again next summer!!

Second stay, just as good as the first

We LOVE this property. Myself, husband, mom, and 3 year old daughter. Beachfront with gorgeous views from both bedrooms and living room. Spacious as well and we love the 3rd bedroom which was perfect for our daughter. Everything we needed was pretty much provided: hand soap, shampoo, laundry supplies, towels, first aid kit, and a kitchen stocked with plates and bowls and cooking supplies as well as many additions like honey, salt, pepper, spices, and items in the fridge (several unopened) that I assume were left by prior guests. So from the moment we entered, we felt comfortable and at home. Love the pool. We saw a turtle the morning we left, heading back into the ocean, and a group of manatees at Turkey Creek Sanctuary from the boardwalk (please visit this nature gem in Palm Bay! It's about 15-20 min drive). GORGEOUS sunrises in the morning over the ocean and beautiful sunsets in the evening from the front balcony. And these are possibly the most comfortable beds we've ever slept on. We will definitely recommend to friends -- or maybe we'll keep it our little secret :) -- and we would definitely stay here again. Oh - and we also loved the large selection of pool/ocean toys and floats, especially since we had our daughter with us. Chris was quick to communicate with us and everything about arrival and leaving was very clear. Thank you!!

Well stocked

We just enjoyed our annual Sisters week at this condo. Our group of 5 sisters ranged in age from 67-76. It was very convenient, well-stocked (with essentials plus many extras). It was amazing to have 5 reclining seats in living room (and TVs in every room). The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking meals. Thank you for being an excellent host!

EVERYTHING you need!

This condo has absolutely EVERYTHING you could ever need on a beach vacation!! High end appliances, upgrades throughout, linens, electronics, comfortable beds, great furniture, ample pool/beach items, iRobot vacuum, even came equipped with kitchen staples, cleaning equipment & laundry detergent. After a long week at Disney, we drove & arrived an hour before officially check-in - host graciously allowed us to come in. This condo has been painstakingly updated, equipped & maintained to a high level. The top bunk is close to the ceiling, we just put it on the floor for extra comfort. The pillows could be replaced soon - as could the patio high top table set - the above mentions, by NO MEANS take away from the fabulous stay we had with a very well prepared host. A binder with FULL details & photos are included for complete understanding of the unit & it’s contents - EXCELLENT! The beach is like “private”, as was the shared pool during our stay. Really like that the whole unit is protected by “key” entry via elevator or stairs. Convenient to local shopping & dining. We would absolutely recommend this unit. We were a family of 6, ages ranging from 5-70yo. Thanks for a very relaxing week on the beach! Forgot something…..the unit probably has it available!!!

Relaxing Surf and so much more

It’s amazing how the waves of the Atlantic Ocean never stop! Continuous — sometimes pounding — always beautiful! It’s amazing how this beautiful Oceanfront Condo added to our enjoyment and relaxation as we watched the waves, walked the beach, sat by the pool, celebrated rocket launches, woke up to beautiful sunrises, and were awed by unbelievable moonrises. This condo is so well-equipped and well cared for with huge TV’s, plush sofas, kitchen items, paper products of all types, great mattresses, Beach equipment, coffee, spices, plus , plus, plus. We could not have asked for more . We have rented many places over several years — but never any place as well equipped and prepared. Thanks, Chris!

Superbly equipped Condo, great location

Everything that we required was provided with owner Chris on hand to resolve any queries. The location was superb with breath taking views of the ocean, beach and rocket launches. Publix supermarket was only 2 miles away with further amenities available in Melbourne Beach close by.

Fabulous Condo

The condo is fabulous and has everything you need for the week. It has upgraded bedding/mattresses, appliances, showers televisions etc. A wonderful view of the beach from the bedrooms and living room. The condo is close to restaurants, shopping, and fishing. The beach is a quiet spot of Melbourne. I would definitely recommend!
