Well,we welcomed very nicely. We went to the room as they have no facilities in the lobby. When we settled in the heat never turned off. The shower needs updating. The shower head leaked,towards the ceiling, the hot water ran out right after I got my hair wet. Brought it to the front desks attention. Too defensive for my likes.
