Our bed was completed clasped on one side. When we went to the front desk, they only willing to offer a small discount for our future stay. Why would I every want to go back to such a terrible place!! I called Expedia to file a complaint and for possible compensation. Expedia called the hotel, and got the answering saying there was nothing wrong. Such a big lie!!! I have video and pictures to show the condition of that bed. It was not just uncomfortable, it was not usable! you can't even sleep or sit on the it!! I'll definitely stay away from such a dishonest business. They don't really care about your comfort at all.

*** Airport Shuttle was there for Me @ 12:30AM with ZERO DELAYS whatsoever.... 5 STARS ...Raja @ Front Desk, and Conchi (Maid Services) and ither STAFF Members, were Excellent and "On-Point" fir ALL of Our Families Needs, with a Five yr old, a Four yrs old, a Two yrs ild... This hotel was amazing for the price. The slide in the pool was a blast for the entire family. My husband and daughter went on it over and over again. Beds were very comfortable, room was clean. The only thing that wasn't great was breakfast but it was ok.

Everything at the property was great. I am a little ocd and check a room when I stay somewhere. The jacuzzi tub was clean, but not to my standard for a jacuzzi, i clean always when I use one cuz yuck. Maids don’t have time to thoroughly clean one at any job, that I have ever worked in housekeeping. Behind the bed on the grounds was dirty and needed to be swept. Other than that it was great for our anniversary. The bed was comfy, the sheets were clean and the bathroom was spotless. Will return. Do recommend the stay for the price.

Very welcoming staff

The lifeguard was super accepting and spoke in a few ASL signs eager to communicate with us. The waterslide was amazing and the warm pool water was very welcoming. The breakfast lady was so kind and always so helpful. Thank you. We will be back again soon

We were going through town always being loyal to marriott. Super 8 has never been on our radar. This was a very pleasant stay, clean. Very happy with our stay. If you are not a super 8 stayer. Try it.

Clean and well maintained. We had an issue with our mini fridge leaking water all over the floor and the staff fixed it as quick as they could. For our entire stay the staff was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend as the place to stay.
