The check in process took a long time. There are beer bottles in the parking lot and signs everywhere stating they were not responsible vehicle damage and theif.

Hotel is very dated. It is clean. Front desk lady was way overwhelmed and not the best customer service. When we got there we wanted to change our hotel immediately and Travelocity would not let us even tho their advertisement rated this hotel as good. It was disappointing all around.

This is the worst hotel,I ever booked and I will never book with them again. The staff was rude. His name was James S … I swear the man was racist didn’t even offer to try to see what he can do but declined us to stay there. We’re going to a concert and we were gonna be drinking and we live 35 miles up the road so technically to them, they said in their policy stated that if you live 30 miles or less, they will not rent you a room. it’s the fact that driving on the road intoxicated is not my thing I’d rather sleep in my car to sober up than to drive home since I’ve been drinking. We even had an Uber gonna pick us up at the hotel. We did everything right to be safe but instead this man laughed at us and was condescending. It is what it is I can’t help you… so I will never recommend this place to anyone and whoever reads this I don’t care. Everybody has their own opinion but my experience there was terrible.

Very comfortable hotel. Large room with everything I needed. The TV/remote setup was odd. You could only channel up/down— no direct access to channels. Also this hotel surely needs an elevator. But for one night it was perfect.

The front desk woman was rude. We got all the way to our room and our keys did not work. I called the front desk and the woman was very short, ill tempered and rude in answering how we should get our keys.
