Good location in front of a large shoping mall with good stores and dinning (informal) options. Metro is 10 minutes away walking, it seems to be safe. We use it and it is convenient and clean (avoid rush hours). The hotel is a bit far from "El poblado" shoping and restaurant área and also far from downtown. Downtown Medellín did not feel too safe.

Good Hotel With Two Serious Issues

Hotel Staff is nice and place is clean. However, there are 2 Elevators, one was broken, and I was told it has been broken for awhile. Also since the pandemic the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Breakfast is limited pretty much the same items every day, scambled eggs were Hard and Dry every morning. No lunch or dinner service in the hotel. Again one of those useless "rainshower heads" in the shower, at least the water pressure was ok.

It was an average hotel. Nothing special, clean and comfortable. You had to pay for more coffee for the in room coffee maker?? Why?? If you did not arrive at least 45 minutes before the resteraunt closed, pick-ins was very low. If you were early it was quite good.

The property was really nice, nicer than the pictures and the staff were really friendly. The hotel is located right across from Santa Fe mall and also is in close proximity to a lot of places we visited. Really enjoyed my stay and I would stay again. The only drawback is that I wish it had more breakfast options but otherwise perfect.
