Exclusive Studio in the Best Laureles Area

Welcome to this quiet, stylish place in the heart of Laureles. This very secure area is only two blocks from the second park of Laureles and three blocks from the first park, making it a prime location in all of Medellin. 1.) First and Second Laureles Park 7 minutes walking
Good stroll if you have some time to check it out. There are a lot of international restaurants near the park to try out.

2.) Olivia Pizzería Laureles 6 minutes walking
Pastas, lasagna and pizza at this place are a must. Specially if you have it steps away from my airbnb.

3.) Unicentro Mall 5-10 minutes by car and 17 minutes walking (Shopping)
Many shopping at great prices can be found in here. Clothing and grocery shopping. You have banks and atms conveniently and safely located here.

4.) El Tesoro Parque Comercial (Shopping, Cinema, Eating)
This is in my personal opinion the best and must beautiful mall in Medellin. A place to work, walk around, shop, go to cinema, eat.

5.) Los Molinos Shopping Center (Shopping, Cinema, Eating)
Great place to go shopping or just have a walk. The cinema is available

6.) Parques del Rio (Evening walk and eating)
A place to walk while having an ice cream or eating a small snack. This park has some awesome views and is safe. The best views can be seen at 5-8pm but it is also a go in the morning. You can see the mountains glittering with the lights of the houses.

7.) Comuna 13 - Graffiti tour Viajeros MAC
This place has lots of tourists. Here history is told about the comuna(neighborhood) and great difficulties the city has gone through but overcame. If you go be ready for lots of walking.

8.) Comfama Arvi Park (Sightseeing)
If you like nature this place is close to the city. You can get to this park by the metro and load off at "Acevedo" station to connect to the line K of metro cable(Cable car). Once in the cable car you need to load off at "Santo Domingo" station to get to Arvi park.

9.) Parque Explora Aquarium
Being one of the biggest aquariums in South America this place is great for those people that enjoy seeing big fish, small fish, reptiles, toads, snakes(Anaconda). A place to relax and enjoy with the company of a friend or alone for a casual outing.
