The hotel is very close to the mosque but highly unkept. Very dirty, fruit flies flying in the washroom. No room and house keeping. The entrance is very dirty as well.

Excellent hotel for closeness to the Haram. Staff is helpful and help you with anything you require. Hotel is decently clean. Rooms are quite spacious.

I being elderly person tried to book with premium price for its proximity to Haram. But Services rendred are below the acceptable grade, on duty supervisor Bilal very ill mannered rude person. Didn't help in early check-in. He literally tried to throw me out with my bag..Even after check-in time, had to wait more than an hour to get room..Horrible experience
