Extremely Disappointing Experience: Unprofessional Conduct by Staff: I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service I received during my stay at your Holiday Inn location on Friday, November 28, 2025. While my initial contact with Angela, the host, seemed promising when I called ahead at around 9 AM to request a room on the 1st floor due to my bad knee, the experience quickly deteriorated upon my arrival. Angela informed me that, due to the room type I had reserved, rooms on the 1st floor were unavailable, with only rooms on the 2nd and 4th floors open. I accepted this, as I understand room availability, but I was shocked at what transpired later. Upon check-in around 2:15 PM, Angela informed me that my room was moved to the 3rd floor because the previous guest on the 2nd floor had extended their stay. When I expressed concern about my mobility, Angela casually remarked, “Oh yeah, our elevator is broken,” with a smirk on her face. I then asked, "You mean I’ll have to climb stairs with a bad knee?" to which she laughed and said, "Yes." I was appalled by her response, and I immediately told her this situation was completely unacceptable. Her reply? She offered to cancel my reservation at no charge. I politely declined, stating that I had traveled all the way from Austin, TX, and needed the room. I also asked to speak with a manager, but Angela claimed no manager was on-site. When I asked for a manager’s she said she didn’t have it. I will be emailing Betty.

Hot tub was great and relaxing. The beds are very comfortable. Front desk is nice. Location is great. Breakfast was disappointing. Hard boiled eggs were sour. Oatmeal was almost entirely water. Dried up sausage 2 days in a row. My wife had to ask for mil to be refilled as was sour. They had just received a delivery. I work in health care and eating this is a good way to get sick. Management needs to be around for breakfast on weekend to see what is going on. Hotel itself is what had me come back but likely will book at La Quinta next time.

From the time I checked in until I checked out the customer service was not good and the cleaning was very horrible. I didn’t even get informed that they were going to add an extra 100.00 to my bill until I check out. I had to call the front desk and ask them to send someone to come clean the microwave. I even had to call the office due to loud noise and heavy jumping in the room above mine and it stopped for a few hours then started again between 1-3 AM and wasn’t able to get any sleep.The toilet wasn’t even cleaned on the outside and the pillow cases along with the blanket smelled like urine very bad. I have stayed at other Holiday Inn hotels and never had any issues or problems except for this one. They need to improve their cleaning services. The breakfast was good and it would have been better if there was more fruit options and hash browns instead.

Disgusting & disappointing stay

There was black mold under the railing in the shower. The sink stopper was broken but I was able to finally get it up. However the sink was still filling up with water when we’d wash our hands or brush our teeth. The fridge’s freezer needed defrosting because the flap on it wouldn’t close but the topper was at 9:30 (check out was noon), someone walked in on an intimate moment with my boyfriend. No manager was available to talk to until tomorrow (Monday) but they told me my other half checked us out already. I told her we had just woke up & no one had even gotten out of bed yet. FYI, they made me pay a $100 deposit upon checking in. I’ve been way nicer places than this dump & never got charged a deposit. Oh & their hot tub had so much floaties/dirt in it, we couldn’t relax in it. Pool was good but there was bird poop all over their lounge chairs & the walking area around the pool.
