Room was very clean and had an amazing view of the ocean. We were able to check in a little earlier and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our housekeeping person Yuriana was amazing, friendly, kept our room tidy, clean and she made sure we had clean towels and everything we needed. the restaurant Apio has great food and the service is a 10. We will definitely go back to stay at Varali due to Location and the view is just breathtaking:)

The rooms are clean and the ocean view from the balcony it’s enjoyable. The pool it’s heated so it’s ok to go in at night and have swim. We were happy at the hotel and the staff was very helpful in everything we needed.

I went venue/ hotel shopping for my wedding and I was empress with varali it will definitely be my top recommendation for my wedding guest only thing I didn’t like is having to wait 45 plus minutes for their breakfast buffet that’s open to the public. We were told guest have priority but we still almost waited about and hr watching group after group get seated for me if they would have told me it was going to be that long I would have just gone elsewhere instead of telling me we were going to be the next hotel guest seat which ended up being a lie

Front desk staff and maintenance staff were great! Pool staff was very rude, beer was warm. When I mentioned beer was warm, they said they had just put beer in fridge..... really!!!!! There is an area next to the hotel that smells very bad, like a dumpster and you can also smell from the pool.

This hotel was amazing. Literally close to everything and right by the Malecon. Very clean and the staff very informative and nice. The rooms were clean and beds are comfortable. Will definitely go back!
