We stayed here for four weeks. The condo has magnificent views from the 15th floor and is located right in the heart of the Golden Zone. This area offers many restaurants, entertainment options, and a beautiful long stretch of beach, all within easy walking distance.One of our favorite parts of the stay was the balcony. We enjoyed having morning coffee there and also watching the sunsets with a glass of wine in the evenings—the views are truly beautiful.Our stay started with a few maintenance issues. The first weekend the AC needed repair, and the second weekend the hot water system had to be replaced with a new water heater. The owner addressed these issues, though it did require us to be present for a full day while a plumber and electrician completed the installation. We had discussed the possibility of an adjustment for the inconvenience, but never received a follow-up.The condo itself was comfortable for a longer stay. The beds were amazingly comfortable—so much so that we are actually trying to find the same mattress and pillows to purchase for our own home. The kitchen was well stocked with the basic necessities to cook meals, although the knives were very dull and could use sharpening or replacement.The rooftop pool was a bit of a disappointment. There was no shade or umbrellas, and the lounge chairs were locked away in a storage area so we had to find a maintenance person to access them.
