Personal excelente. Disponibilidad de desayuno. Habitación cómoda. No faltó nada en el baño. No se afectó la estadía con el apagón de varios días en Semana Santa, ya que tienen generador eléctrico para todo el hotel incluyendo las habitaciones; siempre hubo agua caliente. Estacionamiento gratis. Cerca de las playas del área Oeste. Muchos lugares de comida cerca sin tener que llegar en auto.

It's our second time staying at this hotel. Staff is very friendly, check in was fast. This time we stayed at room 106, it was comfortable but very cold. Temprearure unable to be adjusted, we were in a fridge! We call for help and nothing can be done that night, during the morning we went to staff and we were told someone will check it but at night we felt temperature the same. A bathroom wall was dirty but we managed it. Air conditioning sounds loud as room 102. Breakfast was good.

Staff very attentive and welcoming. My room was located on the back end of the property, and a local pub across the street had loud music until 1AM. That was very disappointing as I couldn't sleep, although not much the hotel can do about it given the lack of noise regulations enforcement in the Island.

Better than expected! Room was small but it was clean and beds were comfortable, updated furniture. Breakfast included and was great, it included: omelets, bacon, cereals, bread, hashbrown, milk, coffee, juices, water, among others...really good breakfast. Hotel is near Mayaguez Plaza and close to some restaurants, very walkable. Only thing was that in our room, 102, air conditioner was really noisy, waking me up during the night. I would stay again but not in the 102.
