久しぶりに喫煙2室に宿泊したが、1室はエアコン動かず、1室はごみだらけで、冷蔵庫のボタン壊れたまま、喫煙なのに空気清浄機も、リセッシュもなく、最悪の状態でした。更に大きな荷物を持って、フロントまでの階段を昇降せねばならず、今時こんなひどいところがあるとは。「二度とここには泊まらない」と決めた。

朝夕食が付いて4,000円少しと申し訳なくなるくらいコスパが良い。その上クレジットカードも使えます。部屋にはビジネスホテルに似つかわしくない立派なソファーがあるので十分寛げます。次の旅行もユニバーサルホテルがある地域に行きたいと思っています。

周辺の松江市街はとても良い街です。このリーズナブルな宿泊料金で朝食・夕食の無料サービスが付くのは周辺の他のホテルと比べて魅力的。建物や部屋の設備は古く、電源コンセントが少なかった。共用部・部屋ともに清掃は甘めでした。ただ、素泊まりのつもりだったので特に困るようなことはありませんでした。

お世話になりました。 受付でのスタッフの皆さんの対応も親切で、朝食も夕食も無料という驚きのサービスで、有り難かったです。 ただ、部屋にWi-Fi環境がなかったのか残念でした。

夕食と朝食がついてこの金額はありがたいです。洗面所のコップのトレーにホコリがたまっていて、髪の毛もついてついていたので、使う気になりませんでした。エレベーターが3台あるので便利でした。
