Cannot fault this hotel at all, the rooms feel brand new and are spotless. The staff cannot do more for you and always make you feel welcome. Just note there is a little bit of distance between the hotel and central Ubud, however the hotel has a shuttle bus or getting a grab is super easy!

This property is a gem. The staff are extremely helpful and nice. Gusti and his group were very attentive and helpful giving us directions or suggestions to fulfill our stay in the area. The breakfast was delicious and well worth it. We also had several meals in the restaurant and my wife loved the afternoon tea. We also had a spa treatment that was well valued ( I even fell asleep). Everyone and everything about this experience was amazing! The staff was super friendly, accommodating wherever and whenever we needed. They decorated our suite for our honeymoon as well and the food was very good. I would stay here again and recommend for anyone thinking if visiting bali. It was a good location. Omg this olace is incredible. I’ve never been anywhere like it. It’s gorgeous and the rooms are luxurious with their own private pools. The food and breakfast is delicious and the smoothies too! More than anything the staff is incredible I felt totally taken care of and always greeted with a smile and helpfulness. Gusti is truly a gem he helped me immensely on my solo trip. Lovely place. We stayed in the two room tent with private pool. There were two outside tub, a little grassy garden and rooms were well decorated. Very clean, comfortable and the staffs were so polite and helpful. Breakfast was nice, they sent it to our villa every morning. Bedding was very comfortable. Only issue is a bit far from citycentre and with the traffic that becomes a pain if you plan to visit often. Hotel provides free shuttle to city centre until 4.30 pm. Overall hood stay and we will recommend!
