Il Rifugio di Spina welcomes you to Spina, Umbria, a charming medieval village faithfully rebuilt after the 2009 earthquake following all anti-seismic regulations. This 80 sqm holiday home accommodates up to 4 guests, with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, and you will be greeted with local olive oil and torta al testo as a welcome. Amenities include Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in the sleeping area, a fan in the living room, independent heating with thermostat, television, video on demand, washing machine, and dryer.



Outside, a private open terrace awaits you, perfect for relaxing while admiring the surrounding hills that change with the seasons. In front of the house, there is a public park with children's playgrounds.



Several free parking spaces are available in front of the house. One pet is allowed. Smoking and events are not permitted on the property. There is also a sheltered but uncovered bike storage area for cyclists, with a compressor and water available for minor maintenance.
