The apartment was very clean, and well suited for an inter generational group, as every room is en suite. Location is generally good. Our issue was with host communication and access to the property, which was greatly hampered by persistent major roadworks directly outside. These were not forewarned and were apparently due to remedial storm work, but there is a major regeneration programme in the town so worth checking in before you book. The other issue was communication. Everything was good in advance with clear instruction and what's app contact. We had advised we were a group, arriving late and separately by car. You should be explicitly aware that if you enter the property name on Google maps the address is wrong- you must only use the link provided. Apparently this is a known issue, but was not made clear. When this caused issues, made worse by the dark and the roadworks blocking the property, it was not possible to reach the host. We thought we'd been scammed, and panicked, and got a hotel. When contact was eventually made, it was rude, defensive and unprofessional. While some apologies were made the next day, it fell below what you'd expect from a host. I wouldn't book again for this reason.
