Not bad but very over priced - negotiate price if you are considering

This property is quite nice but very very over priced for what it is. Being Moroccan myself and travelling to Marrakesh frequently for holidays I have stayed in many apartments and hotels. This property has two small rooms, two very small bathrooms and a tiny kitchen. It does have a very small pool (not 5 meters by 2 meters as stated more like 1.5 meters over 3 meters and a nice terrace with a bbq. The bed sheets are dirty and do not get changed and the towels weren't clean either. However the girl who rents the property (Maria) is very nice and the man she has in charge (Hicham) is also very nice and willing to help. I did not complain about the bed sheets to be honest, maybe if I had complained they would of been changed. The property is in a great location and is about 2 mins walk to local shops, kfc, McDonalds and is about 30 mins walking distance to Jemma el Fina. If you are considering staying at this property please negotiate the price because it is very over priced for dirty bedsheets and tiny rooms.

Pool und Lage super. Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Wohnung ist schon sehr abgenutzt. Leider große Baustelle direkt daneben, dadurch viel Lärm und Dreck in der Wohnung und natürlich auf der schönen Terrasse!!! Somit kann man den Pool leider erst ab ca.17 Uhr nach ende der Arbeiten in Ruhe genießen. Eine Info vom Vermieter wäre schön gewesen, es kam aber nur das es ihm leid täte!!! Er ist auch nicht bereit etwas Preisnachlass zu geben!! Schade, deswegen gibt es auch nur 2 Sterne!

Wonderful!

Lovely quiet, safe location but incredibly central, in the heart of Gueliz with Carré Eden just a short walk away. Fantastic private pool. The apartment has a beautiful décor and every amenity imaginable to make your stay comfortable. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.

Nous avons séjourner du 13 au 20 août 2016, que vous dire de plus que cette appartement est juste magnifique!!! Rien a dire tout était parfait, le propriétaire ainsi que la personne sur place, son au petit soins et disponible tout le temps, pour tout ce que l'on souhaite. La piscine ainsi que la terrasse au top, vu magnifique sur tout Marrakech. Une place de parking pour ceux qui le souhaitent, très pratique. Résidence et appartement très propre. Le propriétaire a tout fait, pour que les locataires soient tranquilles. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjours inoubliables.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est situé dans un quartier calme. Tout se trouve à proximité. L appartement est clair et spacieux.
