VORSICHT! Ein Stern noch zuviel!!

Vermieter war extrem aufdringlich, übergriffig,grenzüberschreitend& kontrollierend.Vermieterin steht nur mit Bademantel bekleidet vor einem... Die Wohnung ist NICHT Allergiker geeignet,da überall Tischdecken,Gardinen,Teppiche,Räume mit Deko überladen.Man durfte nur mit Tischdecke am Esstisch essen, da sonst der Tisch zerkratzt.Schuhe mussten vor der Haustür ausgezogen werden,um die Teppiche zu schonen,dort war kein Platz.Sofa war extrem weich,daher nicht nutzbar.Fernseher stand im Esszimmer.Sehr schlechtes/kein WLAN! 2 Badetücher für3 Erwachsene,eines sogar nicht sauber,total abgenutzt. Getränke nicht kostenlos,obwohl als "Begrüßungsgeschenk" deklariert, eine von fett...klebrige Liste mit entsprechenden Preisen lag versteckt hinter der Mikrowelle. Der Kühlschrank war nicht sauber,hat sehr stark gerochen.Man fühlte sich direkt NICHT willkommen,da man bei Ankunft nicht begrüßt wird, sondern gleich "runtergeputzt",da man schon vor der Haustür stand& nicht vor dem Zaun wartete. Außerdem wurde sich beschwert wie wir parken. Müllentsorgung katastrophal, da es nur über den Vermieter möglich war...Man hatte "Angst" sich zu bewegen oder etwas kaputt zu machen,V.drohte immer gleich mit Kautioneinbehaltung.Abschließend kann gesagt werden, dass es in keinster Weise ein Gefühl von "zu Hause" war&das man sich vorallem als Frau extrem unwohl fühlt, da der Vermieter die Privatsphäre& Intimsphäre nicht einhält und respektiert.

Perfekt hausbesitzer als auch menschlich perfekt

Genau wie es beschrieben war auf der Homepage von Ferienwohnungen direkt.de. Die Familie ist einfach mit Worten gar nicht zu beschreiben. Der Besitzer als auch ihre Gattin sind freundlich ohne Ende und wenn wir was gefragt hatten ,haben wir sofort Unterstützung bekommen. Ich meine lebenspartner wollen uns noch mals ohne Ende bedanken , für das alles was Sie uns mit ihrer Freundlichkeit und Hilfe in unserem Urlaub gewidmet haben. Wir werden wiederkommen und freuen uns jetzt schon auf ein baldiges wiedersehen in ihrem erstklassigen Service und beste wohnlage, beste Ferienwohnung den man sich immer wünschen kann. Tolle Ferienwohnung und nette Vermieter.

Die Vermieter sind wirklich super nett und die Ferienwohnung war auch toll. Man hat alles was man braucht. Lage war auch gut, nicht direkt in der Stadt aber gute Anbindung an Bus und Straßenbahn. Gerne wieder!
