Located directly across from 1 of only 4 public beach access points, the complex offers all guests the direct beach access everyone desires. Take advantage of that beach access without having to pay those beachfront prices! On top of that access, the complex is located just a half block north of the newly finished J.W. Marriott!!!

Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style. Sunshine, frolicking dolphins, and all of the water and sun sports that go with the beaches are available for your pleasure.

Attention Renters - Throughout the summer 2024 the building will be going through an exterior painting project. It is expected to take roughly 3 months to complete barring any weather delays. Prep work for this project will begin right around April 22nd and work set to commence May 1st on the east side of the building. Thru time guests can expect work and workers present around the building and potential for noise while occupying a condo.

This property is very well located. It's directly across the street from public beach access. Apartment is comfortable. My 12 year old slept on pullout in living area. We were very comfortable and the apartment has everything we needed. We will definitely be doing a long weekend at this place again!

This is our second stay at San Marco Residences but in a different unit. Everything was ok but the unit was lacking several things that should be standard No bath mat, kitchen dish cloths,dishwasher soap and only had one trash bag. . Nothing that ruined our stay.Location is ideal and pool is nice

Beautiful property!

Marco Island and Harborview Resort was all that was promised! We had a great long weekend, enjoyed awesome restaurants, beaches and shops. Got lucky enough to pick up some Stone Crab on the first day of the season! We highly recommend Kirk’s Seafood to pick up some fresh catch!

One giant frying pan, the stopper on the bathroom sink broke the smoke alarm went off and beeped for about 12 hours on the weekend. When we couldn’t get a hold of anybody. On the other hand, the place was clean directly across the street from the beach is perfectly suited to our needs in every other way.

Easy access to parking, the community, the beach. The unit is efficient on floor space and while compact never felt small, and we’re tall people! I was also very pleased that the kitchen actually had enough tools, dishes pans to actually use it! We do VRBO for kitchens and bedrooms and I’m usually disappointed by the slim supplies in the kitchen-not the case here!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three suggestions to make it a perfect rental: 1. Tv in bedroon 2. better beach chairs (tommy bahama) These were VERY uncomfortable and larger guests would really be stressed. 3. Garbage disposal. otherewise a really nice condo.
