Take advantage of the location here are the beautiful Seaview complex! The building is located directly across the street from 1 of only 4 public beach access points on the entire island. This 2 bed 2 bath condo is able to offer a nice spacious setup for your next relaxing island getaway, without having to deal with those beachfront prices!
King bed added in the master July of 2022 as well as a queen and twin bed setup in the 2nd bathroom. Flat screen tvs in the living room and master bedroom. Other upgrades and added features are an espresso machine and also safe for guests to keep their valuables in.
Just 3 to 4 blocks north of Seaview is Mission Plaza, offering numerous fine dining restaurants, movie theater, ice cream shop, and shops! Directly across the street take in a beautiful Marco Island sunset from the Sunset Grille located at the Apollo.
Voted America's most desirable island destination, Marco Island is the largest of Florida's Ten Thousand Islands, located on the Gulf of Mexico in Southwest Florida. It has been described as Magical, Mystical and Alluring. The attraction is tropical sun-washed white beaches and a casual easy paced life style.
