The bed was not comfortable and only had two pillows. The hotel was very noisy. When we checked in we warned our room may not be cleaned due to shortage of housekeepers. But thankfully we received a clean room.

Shower did not work very well-it took some manipulation to get hot water. It looked like the tub faucet was coming off the wall and the tub drain was not working very well. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. It was very noisy. Dog barking in a room down from us.

Comfortable, net our needs

Liked the room. Sofa was nice and the sofa bed a bonus. Bathroom was showing its age. Door was difficult to close and it rattled when the fan on the ventilation unit was on. TV was mounted and didn't tpull out and turn so was difficult to see from the sofa.

There was no hot water for showers or to wash hands in the sink. Had to shower with cold water and tub wouldn’t drain The mini fridge in the room was filled with food from who knows how long ago. Front desk staff was no help

Terrible service . Rude workers . Hot tub looked like it had gray sludge in it . Pool was so cold my sons were blue after 10 min . And some of the ceiling that looks like it could fall in the pool at any minute .

Our room smelled of must, and was dirty. We found popcorn on the bed and crumbs on the floor. Only coffee packets in your room. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is very questionable. If it was anything it was at best a place to lay your head. We will NOT be staying here again.

We had 2 rooms reserved and the day before we were to arrive we had a snowstorm and had to cancel the rooms in which I had purchased cancelation insurance and we were refused a refund. Why would they sell me cancellation insurance and then not honor it...thieves

Pleasantly Surprised

Despite the many bad reviews of this hotel, I decided to book here as i was running out of time, and this hotel was the cheapest. Lobby was clean and refreshing, the young man that checked us in was full of Midwest hospitality, and the room was nice and warm when we walled in. BONUS, was there was a hot tub, and it was working so i got to enjoy that :-)

Our room smelled like cigarette smoke horrible, deadbolt on door wouldn’t lock. We could hear everything in the halls and surrounding rooms like it was in our room. Guest across the hall had door issues and slammed his door constantly for over a hour with no help from management. Management came and allowed him to continue slamming the at midnight. Also at breakfast the bagels were moldy. I would never recommend anyone stay here. Place is horrible.

The staff was great. One major issue was lack of hot water. The hot tub wasn't hot and there was only slightly warm water in the shower. Staff tried their best to accommodate by switching rooms but water temp still left a lot to be desired.
