Great location
This is a great location close to all the local restaurants, beach bars and bars in the port area, the golf was amazing no problem getting tee times . The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay, easy access to the garden area which gives access straight out onto the promenade.

Comfortable, good location
The apartment was well equipped and comfortable. There was a spacious outside patio but not much use in the winter as the area did not get the sun. However there was access to the garden areas with sun loungers which we took advantage of. A few suggestions for improvement : An information pack; detailed instructions on how to find the apartment (we had no sat nav); more comfy soft pillows. Overall we enjoyed our stay but would not return. Puerto Duquessa is definitely an Irish enclave and we prefer a more local or cosmomolitan vibe.

Overall the location of the property was excellent, close to the beach and bars and restaurants in the marina.
The apartment itself needs updating and repairing - door handles broken, cuoboard handles falling off. There was a TV which transmitted nothing bar a couple of spanish music stations.
Clearly owned by a large organisation as communication between cleaners (who hadnt cleaned the property on arrival), reception staff (who promised repairs that didnt happen) and management )who didnt respond once payment was secured) needs improvement.

Excellent location
Clean and pleasant apartment in excellent location. Easily found and accessed. Good kitchen and fittings. Excellent shower. Terrace pleasant though not in sun at all times. Two excellent pools with lots of sunbathing space. Access directly to beach and local facilities. Would be happy to stay again.

Loved this place - a stone's throw from the pool and the beach. 5 minutes to Marina. Nearby town of Sabinillas also walkable. Would definitely return!

Die Wohnung war super sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.Das einzigste was mich gestört hat war die Lage der Terrasse,die liegt leider in nördlicher Ausrichtung und somit keinerlei Chance auf Sonne.Im Hochsommer nicht so schlimm,aber in den Winter Monaten nicht so gut.
