Bathroom has no exhaust fan and bathroom door wouldn't properly close. I notified staff, maintenance came and tried fixing it. At 10PM, there were sounds of drilling in our room which lasted a good 20 mins. This, for a night's stay, for an early morning flight. Said it's fixed but upper half wouldn't close. Instead of giving us another room, they chose to disrupt the supposedly limited time for us to take a shower and hit the bed Unbelievable.

I found a cockroach in my bathroom when I first walked in. Aside from that, the hotel is convenient to the airport and surrounding retail options; casino, convenient stores and restaurants, and retail shopping is the main reason to stay here. Breakfast is great as well.

Good hotel, bad shuttle service

Overall it was great. Getting the shuttle to the airport was confusing. Dropped us off in a parking lot and we had no idea what to do. We flagged down a taxi and they took us the rest of the way. So yeah don’t use the shuttle service.
