A day without breakfast

The room experience is good. Though breakfast cannot be packed and take out let say we need to leave the hotel early and decided to takeout the food. I hope this can be consider.

Overall good

Clean and comfortable room. Staff is good and looks after requirements. No working cable TV as has been this way for months. Internet is okay for light use. Very quiet are and waking distance to necessities. Overall a very good deal for budget hotel in the area.

Great Budget and Comfort

Hotel is at the heart of Makati. Really lets you experience the culture away from the tourists. Their low number of rooms allows them to provide very personal and high quality service. Super Low Prices, but rooms were clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

Safe area

The staff was excellent and personable. The manager was very helpful and knowledgeable. The price is perfect I didn't come here to hang out in my room. I'm already planning my next trip back to the Philippines all the people here are amazing the rest of the world could learn a lot from them. Peace.

I got a room here that was very small but it was cheap, so I was alright with that. I thought that the restroom was shared with one other room, but it was actually shared with about 5 rooms, something to keep in mind. Service was great, no complaints about the staff. Neighborhood is in the city, not far from shopping.

Our room was in the 4th floor with no elevator. There was no wifi in the fourth floor, only in the ground floor, so one should go down in order to use the wifi. The aircondition unit did not function well; it was a little bit warm throughout our stay.

10 Days in the middle of Manila

Positives: 1)very inexpensive (85 peso/kilo) one day laundry service across small lane. 2) all night 7-11 50 meter walk around the corner. 3) complimentary small morning meal is adequate. 4) Three different ATM machines within 100m. 5) small Hong Kong style restaurant and the Pancake House only 100m distant. 6) Stayed on the 3rd floor - very little street noise. 7) 150 pseo to get to the nearest Shopping mall with movie theaters - but hard to find a taxi back when the mall closes at 9pm. 8) Pizza Hut will deliver to the front desk (cash only). 9) Extra towel usage at no charge - 45peso = $1 USD Minor negatives: 1) Neighbourhood is rundown but is on the safe side. 2) Typical Manila walk ways/sidewalks are crowded and full of uneven surfaces (watch your steps). 3) No elevator for the second and third floors - but walking stairs is good for health. 4) Best to use the ATM for money during the daylight hours (same everywhere in Philippines). . . do not wear jewelry/watches anywhere in PI. 5) Nearest shopping mall is too far to walk.
