Charming ground-floor villa in a secured estate, facing the sea and nestled at the edge of the Esterel mountains – a true haven of peace. Enjoy a large 25-meter swimming pool surrounded by lush greenery (renovated in 2017), with sun loungers for moments of relaxation and serenity.
Rental for 2 people (33 m²) with stunning views of the Esterel and a 20 m² terrace furnished with a garden table and chairs, as well as a private small garden. The property was renovated in January 2018.

Large bay window offering plenty of natural light.
Fully equipped open-plan kitchen: fridge, stovetop, small oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and dishes.
Bedroom with a double bed and brand new, high-quality bedding.
Bathroom with shower and sink, plus a separate WC.
Bed linens provided (towels and tea towels available at an additional cost, if needed).
Just 5-6 minutes by car from the beaches of La Napoule, Mandelieu, or Théoule-sur-Mer (private access path), and only 8 km from the center of Cannes. An ideal spot for exploring the beautiful hiking trails in the Esterel mountains.

Très bel emplacement
Joli studio, bien équipé et au calme. Idéalement situé pour visiter la côte d'Azur, d'un côté, vers St Tropez, et jusqu'à Monaco à l'opposé, en voiture ou encore plus facile avec la ligne de train directe.La propriétaire du studio est très disponible et à votre écoute.

Endroit idéal pour profiter de l’Esterel
La propriété est idéalement placée pour profiter de la randonnée dans l’Esterel mais l’accès à la mer est assez rapide
La propriétaire est très sympathique et très à l’écoute
