Laundry room is by request.
Open area to air dry clothes on roof.

One vehicle per apartment in parking garage; additional vehicles can park for a fee of 20 soles ($6) for each day

No Pets. Sorry :(

Additional guests are permitted with a fee of 20 soles per person per night

Additional inflatable beds can be added (if available) for a fee of 95 soles for the whole stay

Local markets walking distance: food, fruit, drinks, alcohol, detergent, etc

Our location is ideal because it is less noisy and less congested.

We are located in the quieter part of Mancora.

Alcohol and gatherings are permitted in the common areas

Building attendant will be there to receive you, give you keys, and offer a tour of the premises.
You can ask attendant questions about the local area.
Attendant will be the on-site call person.
