The Space: LOCATION: Just off one of Manchester’s most historic and happening streets, Deansgate – we’re right in the heart of the city with everything on your doorstep.
TRANSPORT & PARKING: You can reach us easily by public transport catching the train to Manchester Victoria or Deansgate and we’re just a 10 minute walk from either. There’s lots of tram stations near us but the closest is St Peter’s Square. There’s paid parking a short walk away which we can share details.
THE BEST BIT: There’s so much to love but the roof terrace and chill out area is our favourite. This is a great space for everyone to spend time together.
MASTER BEDROOM: A huge bedroom with king size bed, custom built wardrobes, its own patio and smart TV on the wall. We supply fresh linen and towels for each guest for your convenience.
SECOND BEDROOM: Another spacious bedroom with king size bed, smart TV and full length mirror of getting ready. A corridor of custom wardrobes leads to a stunning en-suite, shower bathroom.
THIRD BEDROOM: Even with two solid bunkbeds this room still has plenty of space. This room comfortably sleeps 5 and is perfect for those two like to stay up all night chatting. A huge skylight lets in plenty of natural light. Of course there’s a smart TV in here too
MAIN BATHROOM: This luxurious bathroom it fitted with Burlington stand-alone bath, walk-in shower and toilet. We also supply shower gel and shampoo for your convenience.
ENSUITE: The second bedroom features a stunning shower en-suite.
TOILET: There’s a toilet on the ground floor also.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Our kitchen features an integrated cooker, microwave and a stunning island with build in cooker hob. We’ve stocked the kitchen with all essential cooking items including kettle, toaster etc. (tea and coffee also provided) The dining area is all custom build and comfortably seats 8 guests
WIFI: We have superfast WIFI
GOOD FOR FAMILIES, PET FRIENDLY & LONGER STAYS: we have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery. We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY: for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.

Wonderful location and property
We had a very nice stay in Manchester. The property was in a great location and provided us access to the central Manchester area and activities. It was many more stairs than we had expected, yet we managed.
