Very pleasant experience. Walkable from T2 as well as the train station. Rooms were clean. Great runway view Only feedback I would have Is to have microwaves in the room. No point of giving a fridge if one can’t store something for later but unable to heat it.

Room nice and clean. Staff friendly. However, our stay was affected by the excessive noise from an event under our room. I had a 6am flight and asked for a quiet room due to being in bed for 21:30 and up at 04:00. At 22:30 having got to sleep there was a pounding beat of dance music that woke us. It continued till 00:00. I put in ear plugs but could still hear it. I contacted guest services but there was no change in volume. If staying at weekend be aware of events that will impact on your stay. I will be contacting hotel management on my return home.

The room was lovely, so convenient for our flight. Unfortunately, our experience was marred by being overcharged on food and drink in the Little M. After discussions with the Management, the overcharge has been refunded but we shouldn't have had to waste our time sorting this out. My advice to anyone using the bar would be to check the bill fully before paying and to get an itemised receipt. Despite our bar experience, we would definitely use the hotel again when travelling from Manchester Airport.

Unbeatable location for a morning flight from the airport. Spacious, comfortable room but… the aircon fan in our room was so loud that we had to turn it off to be able to sleep. Fortunately the temperature was OK for us without it: should have told them but overlooked it in the morning departure. Also, had a light meal in the Little M bar which was OK (decent pizza) but space was quite limited - had to wait for a table to free up on a January Wednesday evening, doesn’t bode well for busy times!
