Rude reception staff/ average hotel

The hotel was nice but customer service by reception staff wasn’t great, I didn’t like the room I was given at first and asked to change but was told by the man at reception I couldn’t as they were in high season. The next day the reception staff was much nicer and was able to change my room. They should also have some English channels on the tv as they were all in a different language. The hotel location is a bit out of the way and not too close to any shops so you have to get a taxi everywhere (which can be quite expensive). Overall my stay was good but I’m not sure if I would stay there again.

Excellent staff - friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom very clean. However, people smoked outside the front of the hotel which meant rooms at the front smelled of cigarette smoke which was unpleasant.

Excellent Hotel

Hi just had 4 nights here The room was sot on cleaned everyday clean towels everyday 5 minutes walk to bars 10 minutes to beach The staff could not do enough for me and my sister Sat in quiet area slept well pool all to ourselves bar ok breakfast 👍

Otelde iki gece konaklama yaptık. Rezervasyon Hotels üzerinden yapildigi ve onaylanmasına rağmen esepsiyondaki beyefendi çok şaşırdı ve uzun süre şok olmuş gibi telefonuma baktı durdu. Sorun mu var diye sorduğumuzda adalar gibisi bir bakıyorum hanımefendi dedi. Bu çok kaba bir hareket idi. Ondan sonra sorduğu soru ödeme hakkında idi, yani sadece ödemeye odaklanmış demek. Bu olayın haricinde oda içi tertemiz, ve gerektiği gibiydi. Banyo sıcak soğuk ayar tutmuyor maalesef çocuklar zorlandı biraz. Personel genel anlamda çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü

Das A Hotel Side liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, abseits von den großen Hotelanlagen. Man kann dort problemlos neben den Hotel parken. Die Sauberkeit in allen Bereichen ist hervorragend. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles ist vorhanden. Auch der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es wird in Englisch oder Türkisch kommuniziert. Das Frühstück ist gut sortiert, vorwiegend auf britischen und türkische Gäste ausgerichtet. Es gibt auch gegrilltes Gemüse, Eierspeisen, Pancakes und Würstchen. Alles in Allem fand ich die Unterkunft sehr schön und kann sie jedem empfehlen, der abseits vom Massentourismus, ohne All inclusive Konzept, unterkommen will. Ich würde dort jederzeit wieder übernachten. Alles war super!
