This hotel is used by local and international tourists and tour groups, airline crew, even local soccer teams. The free breakfast buffet and great price dinner buffet were amazing. Home cooked meal. All staff are helpful and welcoming. The hotel is very near airport. But nothing is around to walk to. Beautiful pool deck outside on rooftop. Highly recommend!

Awful housekeeping leading to bad maintenance.

Very mixed experience here. GOOD: The front desk staff was very good. Rooms are spacious. BAD: Housekeeping was very bad. They “made up” a sofa bed for us, including a sheet to lie on, but no covering sheet or pillow. A room for 2 people had only 1 towel. Requests to get additional towels took 3 calls and 90 minutes before they were finally delivered. Room condition was also bad because housekeeping did not notice problems and inform maintenance. We had 4 rooms in all, and 3 had very obvious dark black mold spots in the showers. In several rooms, the AC would not stop when the temperature reached the set point. So we had to wake up repeatedly to turn off the AC when it got too cold. Then turn it on again when it got too hot.

Property is very near the airport but far from downtown. But it was good for an overnight stay as we had a morning flight the next day. Clean and comfortable rooms. Quite far from other restaurants but the hotel buffet was good enough.

I have never given an online hotel review before but my experience here was outstanding. The hotel staff are really outstanding, especially the front desk and dining staff. So very gracious! There was a man who appeared to be "in charge" of the dining area (sorry I missed the name) who is a treasure! The lady in the small gift shop was a treat. We found the hotel to be very clean and well run. They were hosting a soccer team and the road crew of some big-time entertainers. They handled everything so well and we were not overwhelmed by the other large groups of guests. We ate the dining buffet for a breakfast, lunch, and two dinners as the hotel is not within easy walking distance to other restaurants. We were extremely pleased with the choices and the very high quality of the food. We looked forward to each of the meals we had in the hotel! BTW, we lost some items we needed earlier during our trip and a quick online delivery order from a local grocery store was an easy and cheap solution. Finally, while it's a bit of a distance from the historic center of town or a tour day on the river, it was the easy distance to the airport, which we wanted to maximize. I appreciated our location quite a bit for the logistics of our trip. The price. It was the only "deal" we thought we experienced in our whole three country visit to South America because the value of what we received was far and away above what we paid for the couple of nights at this hotel.
