The property at one time was nice. It appears when things get broke they are not fixed. Awning had huge hole. Cigarette butts and trash all over the property. Sign outside the hotel is not working properly. Whole place including rooms need fresh paint. Swimming pool and juice machine were not working. Toaster had missing plastic pieces that go on lever. Breakfast was lacking eggs and other items you would expect to have. Had a suite room. Had missing tv in sitting area. No closet door. Curtain missing. Drain plug to bathtub was broken. Smelled marijuana in parking lot and hallway. Staff were great and the bed was comfortable.

The facilities are showing some signs of lack of maintenance. Also, I think it is being used to house people who lack shelter or need short term housing. I do not know if that is a condition of the area it is located in.
