They allowed a half hour early check-in, but refused to store my bags after checkout. Since I was without a car, this was a problem. Further, in the past when the highway was closed, they more than doubled their rate for a last minute stay. Gouging people that don’t have options isn’t a good look.

I checked January 4 , temperature was ten degrees outside, I had no heat in the room, cable tv was not functioning. The heater was restored the following day. Unable to change rooms because all were booked. The next morning, woke up to find we had no hot water. Returned to the room at the end of the day skiing only to find a note on my door informing me that management had no estimated time when hot water on again. Understand rates are high in tourist area but expect essential services.
