Soak in the Winter wonderland with gorgeous mountain views while relaxing in this 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath deluxe home. This home offers every aspect of luxury living with top of the line appliances, finishes and Mountain Modern design. The spacious living room features designer furniture, a 65" flatscreen Smart TV, Sonos Sound System throughout, custom stone fireplace and mantel set. The dining room seats up to eight, and leads into a full kitchen, equipped with island, farmhouse sink, gourmet Viking gas range, and modern stainless steel appliances. A private deck to soak up the sun offers a large BBQ grill and outdoor dining. The master suite has a King bed, luxurious bedding, beautiful gas fireplace with mantle and seating area, flatscreen Smart TV and two walk-in closets. With a private deck offering outdoor seating and private hot tub, enjoy a long soak and watch the sunset. The large en-suite bathroom offers a double vanity, walk-in shower and soaking tub. The home is well equipped with modern technology featuring a Sonos system throughout, sound bars on all TVs and cable TV. There is a 1 car garage with driveway for an additional 3 vehicles. This home sleeps up to 16 people, there are 2 stairs to the house, 2 levels inside, and no smoking or pets are permitted. We really enjoyed our stay. The black passes in the black parking lot pass were a huge benefit. It was easy to get from the property to slopes. The Homeless spacious and well equipped. We had a great time and would love to come back.

The cabin was very spacious and beautiful. Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy and have a great time. Walking distance to the Village which was a big plus for us.

Great house - except for the oven

the house was great, Black Passes were amazing (especially the parking pass!), except the oven and microwave weren't working and they weren't able to get it fixed during our stay so we had to cut the trip short one day (too impossible to try to feed a big group without these things!). To their credit, they refunded us the last day

The home had a great floor plan. I also appreciated that every bedroom had a bathroom as well as a half bath off the main living space which can insure privacy for all the guests. The kitchen was very large and well-stocked. My husband who is a general contractor felt it was well-built and particularly well-insulated between the two floors to help with noise coming into the lower bedrooms. One criticism I would have is in regard to the bunk beds in the one bedroom. The frames of the bunk bed were not very sturdy causing the mattresses to sink. The guests sleeping there were not overweight. Secondly, there was no kleenex tissue or trash bags. One of our guests remarked that they would have appreciated even a small bar of soap in the bathroom. Also, the garage door opener did not work and the front door was difficult to lock.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Home was new and nicely equipped. Beds comfy soft overall interior great . Location was a little too close to main roads and a construction site staging area not disclosed before renting the unit . The exterior yards had trash and construction debris in it which was disappointing. Would probably look for another unit in this development next visit .
