Great hotel, exellent location in city center and only 5 min walk to the train station. The room was really big, clean and comfortable! Only thing i can complane about was the bar menu. It's rather unexiting. But we will definetly be back !

The room was really big! However all The carpets were nasty and full of bleach marks. Located close to railways and easy with parking. close to shopping areas and just wing Malmö. Be aware of low ceilings - my boyfriend had to duck several places. The breakfast was really good!

We made the booking incorrectly and there was no option to change it. We understood that it was our mistake and took full responsibility for that. However, we still tried for over a week to contact the hotel to see if there were any possible solutions. Expedia / Hotels.com also attempted to reach them on our behalf. Unfortunately, the hotel simply ignored us. We would have had no issue if we had just received a polite response, even if the answer was no — but being completely ignored is very poor customer service.

Ligger dejligt centralt både på toget, shopping og restaurant. Der var hele tiden rigeligt med personale. Ved morgenmads buffeten blev der hele tiden fyldt op og der var et godt udvalg. Så snart man var færdig med sin tallerken, kom de og tog den væk fra bordet - virkelig god service! Vi havde et standard værelse. Det bar præg af lidt slidtage, men det kæmpe store rum med både seng, stort TV, skab med strygebræt og jern, køleskab, elkedel og kaffe/the, lænestole og bord, samt skrivebord opvejede det i den grad :) På badeværelset var i øvrigt både føntørrer, shampoo OG balsam. Vi kommer helt sikkert tilbage igen :)

Frågade i receptionen när frukosten öppnade och blev informerad att de öppnade 7.30. Då mitt tåg gick 7.50 hade jag därför inte tid med att äta frukost. När jag kom ned för att checka ut visade det sig dock att frukosten hade öppnat 6.30 och jag hade kunnat ätit innan tåget men då var det för sent. Hade varit trevligt om personalen gav en rätt information.
