the staff that greeted us was very friendly and helpful, and knew the area to find a good meal. was nice to have chips chocolate and water to get out stay off on the right foot.

Mediocre stay

The staff was unavailable when we checked in, had to ring emergency number to check in. They gave us the wrong room number, but was corrected on 2nd call. The door was hard to open as the door handle was broken. Mattress is past used by date

Best thing about the place is it was very clean, TV was an old Samsung plasma with no streaming, no fan in the bathroom made it very steamy. Won’t stay here again.

While I enjoyed the booking in process, I had a fall in the bathroom as the floor was left wet, I did report it to Reception. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool. The receptionist was lovely.

Comfy rooms.

The room was very comfy and spacious. The outside could have used a good cleaning and the pool area had no chairs, lounges, or umbrellas. The rooms were much better than anticipated looking at the exterior.

Nothing unique at all, my first room was so smelly,I had to get a room change, staff were ok but a bit put out to have to find me a new room , and then said, we won’t charge you and extra. I certainly wouldn’t have paid any extra, they should have offered me a discount if anything. The fridge and aircon extremely loud, and mattress had no support at all. My key card to enter the room had to be recharged, as it wouldn’t unlock my door, lucky it was during the day and not after hours , as I would have been totally locked out . Not happy at all

This was really basic accomodation. There were no plates, bowls, cutlery despite there being a microwave. A grotty table outside with no secure outdoor area and facing a concrete wall.

We were told that if we lost our key we would have to pay $80 to be let into our room. The door handle on our room was very dodgy. It took five time to get into the room.

This place is lovely. Clean, well maintained rooms, loads of parking, really nice pool and fabulous staff. We did cop a bit of noise from the pub/hotel next door at night, but that happens when your room is right on the fence line of the hotel car park. It's all good though. A terrific place to stay for the weekend.
