Hotel clean and despite the location was quiet. Took a long time to check in. No one at reception when I arrived at 7.30pm despite calling over the counter and ringing the bell. A group of very loud, drunk men arrived to check in and an older couple arriving after me to check in, I was seen last. The check in because of these took 30 minutes- too long. Very small secure car park had no room in when we arrived. Street parking free after 8pm but paid for from 8am.

The facility is perfectly located within walking distance of the river and ancient beautiful Dome. The rooms are very quiet and comfortable.

Checked in for 1 night reception staff lovely friendly, room on 2nd floor which was clean and comfortable but corridor on 2nd floor smell was awful can only describe as being a strange dissenfectant smell, but room was fine.breakfast was ok. Outside walk to goth church and food places all close by.

Very short stay but left us with positive feelings. Friendly staff, quite spacious parking. Very clean bathroom. Kids loved bunkbed in our family room. The only downside was lack of tea/coffee tray and a kettle. Hot drink after a long drive makes all the difference. Overall we recommend stay in that hotel, especially if you would like to see the city (it's central location)

An room for the disabled was given.

We came a little bit early at 1230 so we leaved the luggages at the reception and visit the city. Maybe we came back too late, the room that was given to us was designed for disabled. The bathroom was so inconvenient to use: there was no hook at all, the sink was too low, etc. After all, it was just an overnight stay. We didn’t expect too much.

we decied to sleep over at this hotel during our road trip. standard hotel, not bad we did not get the parking as we arrived late round 5PM. it's full. and the reception should be a bit nicer. the auto check in machine does not work, it asked me to pay again, tho I have paid to expedia.

Das Badezimmer stank von Anfang an und hat nicht einmal Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher. Geschweige denn Platz für Duschkram an der Dusche. Der Duschkopf ist verkalkt. Die Aussicht beschränkt sich auf das Bürogebäude nebenan und einen Parkplatz. Das Gute: Es wird Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit gelegt und abgesehen vom Badezimmer ist das Zimmer sauber.
