It is a practical and functional street-facing apartment of 25 m2 ideal for up to three guests, fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
It is located on the third floor and the building has a lift. In the lobby you will have to navigate a few steps to reach the lift.
The studio is distributed in a single sunny and modern space with a double bed of 1.35 cm and a single bed of 90 cm, both dressed with their bedding and a pleasant balcony to the street.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning installed at the moment, but we have provided a portable air conditioning unit; in addition to an electric heater, space to store your belongings, television and a small dining table.
You have a modern and spacious bathroom with shower, shower gel and hairdryer. We have installed electric hand dryer for comfort and hygiene instead of hand towel.
We provide one bath towel per guest which can be found on the beds.
The kitchen is equipped with the main appliances, tableware for 3 people and other usual utensils.
You will find a laundry area for shared use with other guests in the common area of the accommodation complex.
The accommodation has everything you need so you don't have to worry about anything, all the comfort to feel at home!.
