Enjoy local shops, cafés, and green spaces while being well-connected to central Madrid by public transport or car. You’ll be just 15 minutes from the city center by public transport,

Villaverde combines the charm of a laid-back suburban area with proximity to the vibrant culture and attractions of the capital.

If you want to move around the area you can do it on foot or by car. To move around the city we recommend that you use the Metro.

The accommodation is very close to the metro stop of San Cristóbal.

Although located in a quiet area of Madrid, this apartment is just 10-15 minutes from the center of the capital.

If you want to go to Madrid centre you can do it by train. The train station is only 20 meters ` San Cristóbal Industrial`

The accommodation is on a ground floor.

The accommodation is a studio where the kitchen, the living room and the bedroom are united in the same room. The bedroom is a little separated by an environment seprador.
The bathroom is the only room in the house that is completely separated and has a door.

It has air conditioning in the living room and split type heating.

It also has a private terrace on the street floor and a communal pool.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are NOT allowed. Non-compliance will have a penalty of 250 euros.

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
