The hotel is very convenient to MAD airport. The buffet breakfast had a nice variety of food. The suites are spacious. We just needed to stay for one night, but the kitchen and living room in the suite would have been good for an extended stay.

Perfect stay for our quick weekend in Madrid. We flew in late Friday night, fast easy trip from airport. Easy uber into the city for a day of touristing on the hop on hop off bus and extremely early flight Sunday so again, very fast easy taxi to the airport at 3:30 am! Room was large, comfortable and quiet, highly recommend!!

Very active at the time we were staying. Great place for a quick stay. I bet it’s much better during the summer when the pool is open. Could use some up grading to the rooms. Dents in walls, door knobs not matching, room wasn’t cleaned properly, etc But value for the money paid for sure, you get what you pay for

Though situated “out of town”, it has reasonable proximity to bus stations. No nearby shopping per se. The lady doing my house keeping used her key to open my door without first knocking… it is a favored destination for schools bringing kids to the city/country for excursions, this means there’s always kids shouting and running about at the open areas. If you’re sensitive to this you should check not to be lodged beside them or on same block. Otherwise, a nice place with value for money.

First room had leaking in the ceiling. Bathroom floor was full of water. Got switched to a different room, which seemed like it was not cleaned properly. Coffee mugs were dirty, there were boogers on the walls, and airplane stickers on the walls.

The bathroom roof leaked and there was black mold in the ceiling tiles, so it had been happening for a while. The checkin was behind a glass wall and the clerk was very unfriendly.
