Ideally Located
Moncloa takes its name from the local Palace of Moncloa, the residence of the Prime Minister of Spain. There's also the historic Puerta de Hierro, a massive gate that was erected in 1753 at the entrance to the grounds. There are a variety of dining options, including excellent bars, cafes and restaurants. Moncloa also offers plenty of cultural attractions. In addition to the Palace of Moncloa the area is known for Casa de Campo, a vast green space that is home to the Madrid Zoo and the Parque de Attraciones amusement park. The neighborhood is served by several of Madrid's bus lines as well as Aravaca train station, which has regional connections.
Residential Argüelles is popular with students, so it is also ideal for young professionals. The extensive dining scene includes everything from fast food to tapas bars to fine dining. Argüelles's Plaza de España is home to a famous fountain and statue of Don Quixote.

This Blueground apartment has flexible lease options, allowing you to book it for one month, a year, or more. Pets are welcome, though weight limits and breed restrictions apply and may incur fees. We take great pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our own units with our actual furnishings.
