Found the Hotel on Expedia and was beyond Happy .The pictures do not do it justice.It is Beautiful. We arrived and meet Jorge...we upgraded our room to the 9th floor Suite. It is more like your own apartment and the view from the terrace is Amazing!The Spa was wonderful...Valentina,Amalia & Ricardo are great!My daughter and I had the best massage! The morning breakfast buffet is Awesome!So much to choose from and the food is fantastic. Sara the Manager is so wonderful and takes care of you and anything you may need.William at the 2nd floor desk is Great also.Ahmad,Igor and Javier take such good care of you when you arrive and during your stay. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and its staff. The location is Perfect!We had an amazing week here in Beautiful Madrid. We will be back for sure.

We stayed at the Barceló Torre de Madrid for 5 nights (November 19–24) to celebrate our anniversary, and it truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special. They surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade, welcomed us with free drinks, and even gifted us a bottle of champagne to celebrate our occasion — such a thoughtful touch! The hotel’s location couldn’t be better. It sits right on Gran Vía, Madrid’s main avenue, meaning we were just steps away from major attractions, great restaurants, and endless things to do. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Our room was modern, comfortable, and spotless, and every interaction with the hotel team was warm, friendly, and respectful. Their level of service made our stay feel truly memorable. We absolutely loved our experience and will definitely be returning on our next trip to Madrid. Highly recommended!
