Haven't seen a dirty place like this for long time

This place is extremely dirty and stinky. when I first step in I smell strong Marijuana and the room smells so stinky and bad. Found little tiny black stuff on both bedsheets. Some Blood stinky spots too on the bedsheet. Horrible. At around 9pm, no Hot water for showing. Tried to ask for a cup of hot water, the front desk told me to microwave it myself ?? I don't want to use the dirty microwave honestly. Dust all over the breakfast area, appliances, didn't want to touch it. Sofa in the Lobby has lots of stains too. didn't want to sit on.

Don’t do it!

I booked a king and got a full size bed, the room was dirty. Dead bugs everywhere in the room. Bathroom fixtures had duct tape holding it together. Toilet was repulsive. Housekeeping needs to be replaced! I have never stayed in a hotel this dirty. Front desk staff was kind however they didn’t seem concerned about the state of the hotel.

If you are a hotel snob, then you should pick another hotel. For the rest of us normal travelers, it's a fitting place to sleep.

There was a dirty wash cloth hanging on shower curtain rod. The shower did not work properly. When the pin was lifted for water to come out of shower it would only come out at half force.

The area to make your own breakfast was dirty, the waffle iron and toaster was old and rusted. The toaster had burn marks on the top. My bathroom toilet was filthy had to clean it myself.

My Go To Hotel

Stay at Days Inn each visit to Kirksville. It has been renovated and now offers an open bar and dining, as well as a breakfast buffet. Staff is friendly.
